Who We Are

OfferAlign is a product of Gratus Staffing LLC, a Maryland limited liability company with its principal place of business in Olney, MD 20832. References to "OfferAlign," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Gratus Staffing LLC operating the OfferAlign platform at offeralign.com.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the OfferAlign platform by both employers and candidates.

02

Information We Collect

From candidates: When you complete an OfferAlign assessment, we collect the information you provide, including your name (optional), email address (optional), current employment status, compensation details, equity and benefits information, location preferences, career priorities, and your interest level in the role.

From employers: When you set up an OfferAlign search, we collect your name, work email address, company name, role title, and candidate email addresses you provide.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our systems.

Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as assessment counts and session activity to administer your plan and detect abuse.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not allow third parties to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

04

What Employers See

Employers receive: your name (if provided), your 0–100 alignment score, your verdict label, and offer recommendations derived from your responses.

Employers do not receive: your specific salary figures, bonus amounts, equity values, raw responses to any question, or any other personally identifiable compensation data.

This separation is by design and is enforced at the data layer — the employer-facing results view is constructed to exclude raw compensation inputs before it is ever transmitted.

You retain the right to review your submission before it is sent, and the platform makes clear what will be shared prior to your confirmation.

05

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We never sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Anonymized, aggregated benchmarking data (e.g., median compensation expectations by role level and market) may be used internally or shared publicly. This data cannot be used to identify any individual.

06

Data Retention

Candidate assessment data is retained for as long as the associated employer account remains active, and for up to 24 months thereafter for benchmarking and dispute resolution purposes.

Employer account data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for 12 months following account closure.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@offeralign.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that anonymized aggregate data derived from your responses may be retained as it cannot be attributed to you.

07

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@offeralign.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

This policy is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA), and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

08

Cookies and Tracking

OfferAlign uses sessionStorage (browser-based, not a cookie) to temporarily store your email and plan information within a single browser session. This data is not sent to any server and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services.

Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies in connection with payment processing. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

09

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and limited data retention. Assessment submissions are transmitted directly to a private Google Sheet accessible only to authorized Gratus Staffing personnel.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at info@offeralign.com.

10

Children

OfferAlign is intended for use by working professionals in connection with employment opportunities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email to active account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of OfferAlign after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
