They fill out a structured 5-step profile covering comp fit, career alignment, location, equity, and interest level. You receive a 0–100 score with actionable offer guidance. You're only charged when they submit — not for sending the link.
Do unused candidate assessments roll over?
No. Included assessments reset each billing cycle. Pilot assessments are valid for 30 days from purchase. You're only charged when a candidate submits — unused assessments simply expire.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial with up to 3 candidate assessments. A card is required to start — you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime at offeralign.com/account before the trial ends and you'll never be billed.
Can I upgrade or cancel mid-month?

Will candidates find this process unusual?
